Over the past decade we have witnesses an explosion in the flow of Foreign Direct Investment into South East Asia. Along with said investments, we have also witnessed a growth in the popularity of the use of ADR, and regional ADR centers. This panel will explore the growth of regional ADR options, while addressing ways in which some of the newer players in the market can cooperate in raising their footprints; both regionally and internationally. As both Japan and Korea have been aggressively investing in Thailand and its neighbors, particular attention will be paid to areas of protentional cooperation between institutions, governments and ADR practitioners in North-East Asia and South-East Asia.
