We are pleased to announce that Mr. Mihiro Koeda joined Miura & Partners on July 1, 2024.
Mihiro has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of international dispute resolution, with a particular focus on international arbitration. He has advised clients in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, automotive, construction, financial, telecommunications, oil and gas, and retail companies.
He has acted as counsel and tribunal secretary in numerous arbitrations, seated in London, Singapore, Zurich, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Seoul, and Tokyo, in accordance with the ICC, SIAC, KCAB, and JCAA Rules. He also regularly represents offshore clients in Japanese litigation and assists them in enforcing arbitral awards and foreign judgments in Japan.
He is also active in contributing to arbitration-related publications, as well as speaking at seminar and conferences, both in and outside Japan.
